District 3 Incentives & Recognition
Programs designed to celebrate and reward club excellence
District 3 offers the following incentive programs to support club growth, recognize achievement, and motivate continued excellence throughout the year.
Membership Recruitment Programs

What it is:
The first 50 clubs that achieve 8 new members this year will win! Get those 8 NEW members as soon as possible. New members are just that new members of your club. Renewals, dual and transfer members will not count.
Award: $25 Toastmasters Gift Pack
Timeline: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
How to Apply:
Email cgd@aztoastmasters.org: The club’s name and number, Screenshot of your DCP dashboard showing that you signed up 8 new members.
What it is:
The first 25 clubs that hold two open houses and submit proof will win a Toastmaster gift pack worth $25. Your open houses must be completed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
Award: $25 Toastmasters Gift Pack

Submit the following:
- Copy of your event flyer
AND a minimum of one of the following: - Screenshot showing it was promoted on social media
- Screenshot showing your event was submitted to District 3 Event calendar
- Copy of the invitation with recipient count

What it is:

Promote Toastmasters at a company-wide event or community event.

What it is:
Any member that finds an organization or group that would like to start a new Toastmasters club and then becomes a chartered club, then that fantastic proactive individual will win a $25 Toastmasters Gift Certificate. This includes any club (community or corporate) that is completely out of the TI system and would like to start a club again.
Award: $25 Toastmasters Gift Certificate
Timeline: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
How to Apply:
Complete the Lead Form with the name of the person, and the organization name, and provide their contact information (email, phone number, website-if applicable). The club extension chair will reach out to them and do everything they can to get the group/organization to submit the required paperwork, conduct a demo meeting, get a mentor to help them get more than 20 membership applications, and get them chartered. What it is:
Add 5 New members between February 1 and March 31, 2026
Award: Receive a Talk Up Toastmasters ribbon to display on the club’s banner. Qualifying clubs also earn a special discount code for 10% off their next club order.

What it is:
Add 5 New members between May 1 and June 30, 2026
Award: Receive a Beat The Clock Toastmasters ribbon to display on the club’s banner. Qualifying clubs also earn a special discount code for 10% off their next club order.

Membership Retention Programs
What it is:
Bring your club to Distinguished Status on April 1st and be declared an Early Bird DCP Club.
Award: Club Prize Pack, Reserved Seating at Conference and The Toasties for Club Member Ticket Purchasers, $75 off Club Table Purchase at District Conference, Recognition at Conference & The Toasties, Nametag Ribbons for members at Conference

Achieve Distinguished Status & 10 out of 10 Goals

Every club that achieves 100% membership renewal by January 31, 2026 will win prizes. Clubs that win Renewal Rush do not qualify for Renew & Thrive.

Opal:
Raise your club’s DCP status from last year one level by the end of the year, by going from not Distinguished (or new club) to Distinguished, Distinguished to Select Distinguished, Select to President’s Distinguished, President’s to Smedley, or maintaining President’s Distinguished.
Jade:
Raise your club’s DCP status from last year two levels by the end of the year, by going from not Distinguished (or a new club) to Select Distinguished or Distinguished to President’s Distinguished, or Select to Smedley.
Sapphire:
Raise your club’s DCP status from last year by three ranks by going from not Distinguished (or a new club) to President’s Distinguished.
Diamond: Raise your club’s DCP status from last year by four ranks by going from not Distinguished (or a new club) to Smedley Distinguished.
Award:
Opal: $25 District Gift Pack
Jade: $50 District Gift Pack
Sapphire: Choice of Club Officer Pin Set, Portable Lecturn, Lecturn Banner, or Yard Sign

What it is:
Clubs with 12 or fewer members on July 1 that were not distinguished the prior year. 100% of Pathways enrollment, send at least four officers to TLI in both training rounds, submit a Club Success Plan to the PQD by September 30, and acheive at least Distinguished Status by June 30
Award: Choice of Club Officer Pin Set, Portable Lecturne, Lecturne Banner, or Yard Sign.

What it is:
Dues are due. Clubs that renew 80%, 90%, or 100 % of their members may be eligible to win prizes.
Award: The First 20 clubs to reach 100% membership renewal will earn a $50 district gift pack. The First 20 clubs to reach 90% membership renewal will earn a $25 district gift pack. The First 20 clubs to reach 80% membership renewal will earn a chat pack

To keep costs down and maximize the incentives awarded . All prizes ll be available for pick up at District in-person events. At the conclusion of The Toasties (the annual awards celebration) unclaimed prizes will be mailed to members homes or club address.
