What’s Now Mandatory to Complete Your Pathways Levels

Starting in October 2025, every Pathways level now requires you to complete specific meeting roles, and Levels 3-5 require educational presentations. Your existing progress is safe, but going forward you’ll do more than just speech projects. Level 1 requires Table Topics Speaker (before your Ice Breaker!), Evaluator, and Timer or Ah-Counter. Educational presentations begin at Level 3, where you’ll deliver one 10-15 minute presentation from the Successful Club Series. By Level 5, you’ll complete major roles multiple times and deliver two educational presentations. These changes ensure you actively participate in club operations while developing comprehensive communication and leadership skills.
