TLI Overview

District 3’s Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) programming is designed to inspire, equip, and connect Toastmasters leaders with the strategies and resources they need to succeed.

While Summer TLI planted the seeds, Winter TLI aims to fuel the follow-through in achieving Distinguished club success.  This winter’s training will equip officers with effective strategies and resources to reset club goals, recharge their teams, and cement sustainable leadership to close the Toastmasters year strong.

Toastmasters International requires Districts to train club officers twice each year.  To earn Distinguished Club Program (DCP) Goal #9 – Training, your club must have at least four (4) officers attend both Summer TLI and Winter TLI.  Members holding multiple officer roles may receive credit for each office.

District 3 offers two ways to attend TLI:  In-Person and On-Demand.  More information about each option can be found below. 

In-Person TLI

In-Person TLI offers motivational, hands-on training that will educate, energize, and inspire all attendees. Officer teams are strongly encouraged to attend together to maximize collaboration!

Ticket Details:

  • $12.00 = Single club officer or club member.
  • $60.00 = All 7 club officers (must attend the same session).
  • Includes a light breakfast and lunch.

On-Demand TLI

On-Demand TLI was created to provide greater flexibility for busy schedules and long distances, allowing attendees to learn at their own pace in their own space.
